These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online reservation platform, and hotel services. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or using any services offered by La Franklin Hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the website and related services. At LA FRANKLIN Hotel, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest.
1. General Hotel Policies
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: From 12:00 PM
- Check-Out: Until 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests expecting early arrival or late departure are requested to inform the hotel in advance.
Identification Policy
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
- Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation where valid identification is not produced.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
Visitors Policy
- Visitors are permitted only in Lobby areas of the hotel.
- Visiting hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- All visitors must present a valid Government-issued photo ID.
Children & Extra Occupancy
- Room occupancy is subject to the capacity specified for the room category booked.
- One child below 6 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Additional guest and extra bed charges may apply.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
Smoking Policy
- All guest rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, corridors, and indoor public areas.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, where available.
- A cleaning or damage fee may be charged for violations of this policy.
Key Card Policy
- Lost/missing cards will be charged (Rs. 100 + taxes)
DND Rooms
For safety, rooms with continuous “Do Not Disturb” signage beyond 24 hours will be checked by the Duty Manager or an authorized person of the hotel.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases involving:
- Disorderly or disruptive behavior
- Harassment or abuse
- Illegal activities
- Damage to hotel property
- Violation of hotel policies
- Any damage caused to hotel property by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or require a guest to leave the premises if necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of guests, staff, or hotel operations.
2. Reservations & Cancellations Policy
Reservation Guarantee
- Reservations must be guaranteed through advance payment or a valid credit/debit card.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize payment cards prior to arrival.
- Non-guaranteed reservations may be released after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation:
- If cancellation is made 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date: No cancellation charge.
- Less than 24 hours before arrival: Full stay charges may apply.
- No-show reservations will incur applicable retention charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
3. Payment & Billing Policy

The hotel accepts:

- UPI Payments
- Bank Transfers
- Cash (subject to statutory limits)
Cash Transactions
- PAN details are mandatory for cash transactions of Rs. 50,000 or above.
- Cash payments are accepted only within limits prescribed by applicable laws.
Corporate Billing
Corporate credit arrangements are available only for approved companies with established credit facilities. Invoices are sent to office and via email. Payments must be settled within the agreed credit period; 15% interest applies on overdue bills. (However, the company should already be a credit-listed company with the hotel).
GST Compliance
GST number and company name verified at check-in; after departure or once the final bill is made, changes are not allowed as we upload all the information on the GST Portal and cannot be amended.
4. Safety, Security & Liability
Security Measures
For the safety of guests and staff, baggage screening, security checks, and surveillance systems may be in operation throughout the property.
Personal Belongings
Electronic safes are provided in guest rooms wherever available. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables appropriately. The hotel shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where required by law.
Damages
Guests shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning costs arising from their actions or those of their visitors.
Lost & Found
Items found on hotel premises will be retained for up to 90 days. Unclaimed items may be disposed of thereafter in accordance with hotel procedures.
5. Facilities & Services
Gym Facilities
- Use of recreational facilities is at the guest's own risk.
- The hotel will not be responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from guest negligence.
Food & Beverage
- Outside food alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only in authorized areas and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform hotel staff before consumption.
Wi-Fi Access
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for lawful personal use.
- Misuse, illegal activity, or excessive consumption of network resources may result in suspension of access.
- Security & liability: The hotel cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data transmitted over public Wi-Fi. Guests should use VPNs for sensitive transactions. The hotel is not liable for loss of data.
- The hotel is not responsible for interruptions, speed fluctuations, or incompatibility with guest devices.
6. Accessibility Policy
- The hotel provides wheelchair access, ramps, lifts, and accessible rooms (subject to availability).
- Our staff will provide reasonable support services to differently abled guests, including assistance with mobility and luggage where required.
- Guests are requested to notify the hotel in advance of any special requirements so appropriate arrangements can be made.
7. Parking
- Parking facilities are provided subject to availability.
- Vehicles and their contents remain entirely at the owner's risk.
- The hotel shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Emergency & Safety Policy
- The hotel maintains emergency procedures for fire, medical incidents, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events.
- For your safety, please observe all fire and safety instructions displayed in the room. In an emergency, follow staff directions and proceed to the designated muster point.
- Guests must comply with instructions issued by hotel staff during emergencies.
- Designated assembly points are marked within the property and will be communicated to guest during such a situation.
- Medical Assistance: Basic first aid is available, and staff can assist in arranging emergency medical services if needed.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- The hotel collects and processes personal information solely for reservation management, guest services, legal compliance, and communication purposes.
- Guest information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law.
10. Representation & Marketing Disclaimer (Marketing & Website Content)
- Photographs, videos, menus, descriptions, and virtual tours on our website, social media, or third-party sites are for illustrative purposes only
- The hotel reserves the right to modify room décor, amenities, and services without prior notice.
- Guests cannot claim compensation based on a variation between the representation and the actual product.
- The hotel may occasionally conduct photography or videography in public areas for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in such materials should notify the Front Desk.
- Commercial photography, filming, drone operations, or media production activities require prior written approval from hotel management.
